Shipping policy

Please note we offer a door to door courier service. 

The courier service is managed by a 3rd party, BobGo, that is integrated into our backend. The address provided by you, as the customer, is automatically given to the respective courier company. Macaroon is not responsible for the incorrect capturing of address details. 

The cost of courier is determined by the weight of the parcel, and the address provided. We have 3 zonal areas - local, inter - city, regional. The cost will be determined at checkout. 

Shipment of non-personalised order can take around 4-6 working days. 

Shipment of personalised order can take around 12-15 working days. 

Once a waybill has been created, a waybill number will be emailed through to you that you can manage directly.
